Landscape Crew Leaders As a Landscape Crew Leader, you'll oversee a team of landscapers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

The following responsibilities include:

Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, providing guidance and instruction as needed. Coordinate daily tasks and assignments, ensuring timely completion of projects. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and hand tools. Assist with landscape installations, including planting, mulching, and hardscape construction. Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards. Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding project updates and any issues that arise. Grass-cutters would be responsible for ensuring lawns and outdoor areas are neatly trimmed and maintained.

The following responsibilities include:

Operate lawn mowers and other cutting equipment safely and efficiently. Trim edges around walkways, flower beds, and walls to maintain a clean appearance. Remove debris and leaves from lawns and outdoor areas. Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications:

Experience in the landscape/maintenance field A valid Pennsylvania driver's license Able to lift up to 50 pounds
