Job Description

Step into the future of port operations with FAPS. Through advanced auto-processing systems, we simplify cargo handling, increase efficiency, and support seamless terminal performance across our network. The Customer Service Administrator will be communicating individually and collectively with International Automotive Manufacturers for the Import and Export of vehicle shipment and arrivals for their marine terminal operations, processing and pre-delivery preparation. Scope of services include interacting with Customers, Account Office Administrators and FAPS Facility Account Operations Managers communicating together to meet each Customers' weekly and monthly end objectives along with daily priority requests.
Essential Duties :
Manage daily and weekly account activity, including preparation and analysis of operational reports Process VIN and dealer income transactions and maintain records within the AS400 system Monitor and maintain on-ground vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and location updates Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner Create and manage repair orders for Warranty, Marine, and Transit vehicles Submit warranty claims through VBOX and process Marine and Transit claims with appropriate parties Process CPS claims and verify payment status Perform month-end closing activities, including closing repair orders and running reports Collaborate with team leads and logistics personnel to support operational efficiency Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure completion by external workers Maintain accurate vehicle location records and assist with vehicle tracking Monitor external workforce productivity to meet customer production requirements Assist transport drivers in locating vehicles in coordination with internal teams Prepare and maintain weekly internal audit reports Coordinate intake, repair, and shipment of external vehicles Order parts and ensure timely delivery to appropriate personnel Maintain and manage MRA/UPG system connections and setup processes Support Port Representatives with special requests and operational needs Maintain accurate offline reporting systems Assist in preparation of next-day CPOs for processing

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Valid US Driver's license Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including
Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications:
Service and Production Management and/or Automotive experience Strong written and oral communication and relationship building skills Ability to work independently, in a team environment, but manage daily duties in a timely manner Strong organizational skills
