Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hardscape and Landscape Crew Leader to spearhead our outdoor projects, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency. In this vital role, you will lead a team of skilled landscapers and hardscape specialists, overseeing the installation, and enhancement of outdoor environments. Your leadership will drive project success, promote safety standards, and foster a collaborative team atmosphere. Duties Lead and supervise a crew of landscape and hardscape technicians, assigning daily tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects Oversee the installation of hardscape features such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor structures with precision and craftsmanship Manage landscape activities including planting, irrigation setup, and sodding Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and company policies while maintaining a safe work environment for all team members Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project managers to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded Conduct quality control inspections throughout projects to guarantee durability, safety, and visual appeal Support ongoing training for team members in horticulture practices, construction techniques, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures Requirements 2 years of landscaping and hardscape installation with strong leadership skills Hands-on experience with construction projects involing patios and retaining walls Familiarity with equipment operation such as compactors, saws, track loaders and other landscaping tools Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites and outdoor work environments Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with clients or project stakeholders Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt to changing project needs while maintaining high-quality standards Valid drivers license Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes that inspire! Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
