Job Description
EnviroPro Landscape Services is seeking an experienced, hands-on Landscape Foreman to lead our installation and enhancement crews. This is a working leadership position where you will actively work alongside your crew daily while directing production, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and at a high level of craftsmanship. We specialize in residential and commercial landscape installations and upgrades , and we are looking for a leader who takes pride in clean execution, attention to detail, and doing things the right way the first time. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside landscape crews on residential and commercial installation and enhancement projects. Execute and oversee landscape installation work including sod installation, mulch and pine straw applications, planting trees and shrubs, seasonal color installation, and landscape bed preparation. Manage bed shaping, edging, grading touch-ups, and final detailing to ensure clean, finished results on both residential and commercial sites. Perform pruning and trimming as needed to complete installation projects and maintain plant health and presentation. Assign daily tasks based on crew strengths while maintaining productivity, efficiency, and quality expectations. Ensure all work is completed to company standards and meets or exceeds client expectations for residential and commercial properties. Perform continuous quality control checks to ensure clean, professional installation results. Train crew members on proper installation techniques, material handling, planting standards, and equipment use. Maintain a safe, organized jobsite and enforce all company safety procedures across all project types. Communicate with management regarding job progress, material needs, and any site issues. Oversee proper use and care of tools, equipment, trailers, and materials. Identify and communicate upsell opportunities such as landscape enhancements, plant upgrades, bed expansions, mulch refreshes, drainage improvements, and commercial property improvements. Requirements Experience in landscape installation, horticulture, construction landscaping, or related field. Prior crew leadership experience preferred; strong installers with leadership ability will also be considered. Strong understanding of landscape installation practices, plant material, soil preparation, and bed design fundamentals. Ability to operate landscaping equipment and perform physically demanding outdoor work. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Valid driver's license with a clean record preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
