•Join Our Team! We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leaders for to join our growing team. This role requires leadership, hands-on field work, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You'll lead a small team in the field and be the main point of contact for customers on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a crew performing foundation repair (polyurethane, helical piles, moisture control, wood work, etc) Operate trucks, trailers, and equipment safely and effectively Troubleshoot and resolve job site issues in real time Ensure all team members follow proper safety procedures Maintain accurate job records and report daily progress Interact professionally with customers and explain job processes as needed Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets company standards

Qualifications:

Prior experience with foundaion repair required Leadership or crew management experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus) Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying outdoor conditions Strong communication and organizational skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Perks of the
