Position:

Landscape Crew Lead Location:

Summerville SC

• This is a hands-on leadership role—you will both lead and work alongside your crew daily.

• Essential Functions/Duties:

  Including but not limited to:
• Lead all aspects of landscape maintenance route
• Read and execute route plans, equipment, and scope of work
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, correctly, and to spec
• Supervise and lead a crew of 2-5 team members
• Set the pace and expectations for daily production
• Delegate tasks clearly and hold team accountable
• Train and develop crew members on proper techniques and standards
• Maintain a professional, disciplined, and productive jobsite
• Catch and correct issues before leaving the jobsite
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site
• Coordinate deliveries and staging of materials
• Track progress against estimated time and budget
• Communicate any issues, delays, or changes to management
• Operate trucks, trailers, and equipment safely
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and secured
• Perform daily checks on vehicles and equipment
• Represent the company professionally on every jobsite
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers when needed
• Ensure the customer experience matches the quality of the work

Basic Requirements & Qualifications:

Including but not limited to:

• 3-4+ years experience in landscape experience
• Proven experience leading a crew.
• Ability to read and execute project scopes or plans
