Job Description

Pay Rate:
$21.00 - $23.00/per hour (depending on experience) About the Role As a Landscape Crew Leader , you'll guide a team of technicians, ensure high-quality work, and keep accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment for each job. This role is key to delivering exceptional landscaping results while fostering a productive, safety-focused crew. What You'll Do Operational Leadership Ensure trucks are properly loaded with tools and equipment before departure Manage morning/evening truck and trailer loading/unloading Supervise technicians and delegate tasks for safety, quality, and efficiency Oversee and complete work tickets on schedule Inspect completed work to reduce re-work or return visits Enforce all safety standards and PPE requirements Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and yard Submit accurate daily work orders to operations leadership Read/interpret blueprints to assign work appropriately Maintain a clean, safe job site and proper use of company equipment Team Management Promote continuous improvement in safety and environmental practices Provide feedback to operations leadership on crew performance Support employee training and development What You Bring 2-3 years of landscape industry experience (required) 1+ year of leadership experience (preferred) Minimum age 21 Valid state driver's license Ability to lead, mentor, and work effectively with a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Strong knowledge of all phases of landscaping projects Strong interpersonal and leadership skills High attention to detail Working Conditions Outdoor work environment Extended hours during peak seasons Physically demanding tasks; exposure to weather extremes, noise, allergens, insects, dust, sharp objects, and moving mechanical parts Landscape Crew Leader 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Landscape Crew Leader - Full-Time + Benefits Starting Day One!
