In this role, you will lead crew members through landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and construction projects, ensuring high-quality results while fostering a positive team atmosphere. Your leadership will help drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction on every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your supervisory skills while working outdoors in dynamic settings. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation system installation and repair Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards Oversee lawn care routines such as fertilization, aeration, and pest control to maintain healthy turf conditions Manage tree care tasks including pruning, planting, and health assessments to promote safety and aesthetic appeal Assist with construction projects involving landscape installation, hardscaping, and site preparation Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and proper equipment usage during operations Provide training and mentorship to crew members on horticultural best practices and maintenance techniques Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture with a strong understanding of landscaping techniques Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation systems, tree care, and general gardening principles Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills for coordinating tasks and ensuring safety compliance Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to perform manual labor as needed Join us if you're passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces while leading a dedicated team!
