Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Crew Leader specializing in Mowing, where you'll lead and motivate a crew dedicated to maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes. In this energetic role, you'll oversee daily mowing operations, ensure quality standards are met, and foster a collaborative environment. Your leadership will directly impact the aesthetic appeal and health of our clients' outdoor spaces, making a tangible difference in communities and commercial properties alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and team supervision while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew responsible for mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance tasks. Ensure all mowing equipment is operated safely, maintained properly, and used efficiently to deliver high-quality results. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and client expectations. Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to company standards and client specifications. Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address concerns or special requests promptly. Support other landscaping activities such as planting, pruning, irrigation setup, or basic construction projects as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening with knowledge of horticulture principles. Supervising experience leading small teams in outdoor or construction settings. Strong understanding of landscaping techniques including mowing, edging, trimming, and general garden care. Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care practices, and basic construction is a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and perform routine maintenance on tools. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members alike.
