We are proud to be the highest-rated moving company in the Nashville area. As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team. We are looking for a Crew Lead/Driver to lead moving crews and ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused moving services. This role involves driving our moving trucks, leading a team, and interacting with customers to provide exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:
Drive moving trucks to and from customer locations. Lead a team of movers. Ensure proper loading and unloading of customer belongings. Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Provide training and support to new team members. Complete necessary paperwork and reports.Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Good MVR (No DUIs, Reckless, Major Accidents, Super Speeding). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Excellent customer service skills. Reliable and punctual. Must have reliable transportation. Availability to work weekends. High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or current enrollment is a plus but not required.Pay:
Pay $20-$27 an hour based on experience.Job Types:
