About Us M. M. Moore Fine Gardens & Masonry is a boutique landscape and masonry firm based in Addison, TX. We specialize in concierge-level garden care and fine landscape maintenance catering to upscale residential clients. Our team values professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail in everything we do. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead / Driver to join our team. This person will be responsible for leading and working alongside a maintenance crew to ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and detail , managing transportation to job sites, and using our mobile app to track jobs and hours. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, communicates clearly, and can represent our company well when interacting with clients. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a maintenance crew to complete assigned landscape maintenance tasks. Maintain high-quality standards for all maintenance work (mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, planting, etc.). Communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed. Accurately track jobs, hours, and notes using the company's mobile application. Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and organized. Uphold a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Requirements Minimum 6 years of landscape maintenance experience in upscale residential estate settings. Leadership experience managing or leading a crew. Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record. Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred. Ability to safely operate landscape equipment. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking and communication. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of fine horticultural practices and plant care. Experience in luxury or estate-level residential maintenance .
