Crew Supervisor - Full-Time Position in Austin, TX Take charge and grow your career in professional tree care! Daily pay ranges from $180 to $200/day + weekly bonus opportunities , paid weekly.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a dependable and motivated Crew Supervisor to oversee daily operations on tree care job sites. This hands-on role includes team leadership, equipment handling, and direct communication with our office staff.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Overseeing job site activities and guiding your crew Driving a truck with attached trailer safely and efficiently Keeping management informed of progress and updates Assisting in job cleanup, debris handling, and task coordination
Weekly Bonus Opportunities:
$50 for each 5-star Google review that mentions your name $100 if your jobs require zero follow-ups or corrections $200 for reaching your weekly production goals
