- Coppell, TX office.
- The purpose of this job is to assist in the coordination and administration of applicants through the employment office.
Responsibilities:
- + Greet candidates in the lobby, control flow of traffic, assist with applications and pre-employment assessments + Inform applicants of manpower needs relative to their craft, verify work history, pre-employment assessment results and craft certifications, and refer qualifying candidates to recruiters + Maintain employee-owners records including, I-9 form, W4 form, and employee-owner related documents, ensure all forms are filled out correctly + Communicate the status of the employee-owner to recruitment by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notifications, as needed + Assist recruiters and People Department with various administrative tasks, as needed + Provide ad hoc reports to People Department, as needed + Answer telephones and emails in a timely manner, direct phone calls to appropriate parties + Recruiting with scheduling of some any kind such as interviews, general onboarding activities, etc.
Qualifications:
- + To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily + The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required + Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions + Individual must possess 2+ years' general administrative/accounting background + Background should include Word processing, document control, preparation of spreadsheets, graphs and charts, desktop publishing, and presentation materials + Required skills: Word and Excel, excellent spelling and grammar, good phone skills, organizational skills, meets deadlines, able to multi-task, carefully proofs own work + Professional, energetic, takes initiative, dependable, takes pride in work •
Requirements:
- + Bilingual in Spanish is required + 1-3+ years of experience in high volume customer service environment + 2+ years of administrative support experience, including document control, scheduling, and general office operations + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong typing and data entry skills + Excellent verbal and written communication, including drafting, proofreading, and editing professional correspondence + Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines + Dependable, punctual, and takes initiative, with a professional and customer service-oriented demeanor + High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred + Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
