Moving Team Lead / Crew Supervisor

Description:

We are hiring an experienced Moving Team Lead to oversee moving and junk removal jobs. You will lead a small crew, interact with customers, and ensure smooth job execution.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 2-3 movers Communicate with customers professionally Load/unload items safely Manage job timelines Ensure quality service updates

Requirements:

Prior moving experience preferred Strong communication skills Leadership ability Reliable and punctual Qualifications Proven experience in moving services, warehouse work, or delivery driving with a strong focus on customer service Prior experience supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles; familiarity with manual transmission is preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; physically fit to handle demanding manual tasks

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
