• Job Purpose
• What you will do...
• + Manage the branch's daily general functions such as vehicles, petty cash, billing, etc + Assist the Branch Manager with payroll, employee files, benefit enrollments, new hire paperwork + Responsible for ordering parts, meeting the needs and commitments to customers and Service Department, as well as accurate inventory accounting. + Other administrative duties as required
• Requirements
• + High School Diploma/GED + Strong background in basic accounting + Previous experience with construction parts/equipment, an asset + Attention to detail + Ability to multi-task + Strong interpersonal skills + 2-3 years experience in related field focused on AP/Invoice processing + Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstract

• Pay Range:
