Car Wash Manager

About GAP Gonzalez Auto Parts has been in Laredo since 1934. We operate 15 auto parts stores across South Texas along with 3 car wash locations. We've grown by hiring people who take ownership of what they run. The role We're hiring a Multi-Site Manager to run both Laredo car wash locations. You'll report to the GAP senior management, and run day-to-day operations at 3 independent sites, including but not limited to: staff oversight, equipment/facility inspections, equipment/facility repair and maintenance and, cash/quarter pickup and exchange, and helping to ensure were providing top level customer support. Strong performers may move into other management roles at GAP or other affiliated companies. Compensation and benefits $1,600 bi-weekly ($41,600) annual) starting base salary Health insurance with two plan options: ◦ 100% coverage plan, $1,000 deductible, $242/month employee contribution ◦ 70/30 coverage plan, $3,000 deductible, $130/month employee contribution Monthly bonus tied to vending sales and increases in overall sales/profitability. What you'll do Run day-to-day operations at both locations, including oversight, repair, customer support, and site coverage Help train and supervise a team of three Run weekly cash and quarter collections, including a Tuesday 5:30 AM route. Audit cash, vending inventory, and facility condition; report revenue trends to direct supervisor Operate and maintain bay equipment, vacuums, vending and fragrance machines. Conduct site inspections and resolve customer complaints Enforce safety and OSHA compliance What we're looking for 2+ years managing a self service car wash or similar operation and/or experience in small motor or machine maintenance with demonstrated management record. Bilingual English and Spanish (required) Comfortable with hands-on physical work, equipment maintenance, and outdoor South Texas conditions Able to lift 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods Reliable with cash handling and basic auditing Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Schedule Salaried. Includes early Tuesday mornings for cash routes and weekend coverage as needed. This is a hands-on role; expect to be at the sites, not behind a desk.
