Lubbock is hiring immediately and looking for multiple movers and drivers . Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse labor, manufacturing, or truck driving helpful! What We Offer Starting pay:

Responsibilities Provide top notch Training and Crew leadership Best customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings Greet customer upon arrival, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing Organizational skills a plus!! As the Crew leader, trainer, drivers are responsible for safely driving truck and trailer, keeping up with equipment and supplies.

Daily:

Trainers, Crew leader will train co-workers with truck check out / in inspections, including supply and equipment inventory and provide skill building, efficiency techniques, compliant with company standards. Responsible for Accurately completing paperwork and payment collection Experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, landscaping, operations, fleet or transportation helpful! Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age to qualify to be a driver Valid driver's license and good driving record required High school diploma or equivalent Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen Excellent customer service skills Excellent skills in training movers to safely move items and secure items during the moving process. Professional attitude and appearance Good hand-eye coordination Strong logic and math skills Ability to communicate and train standard moving practices set by the company Ability to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, etc. Experience as a mover, truck driver, general laborer, construction worker or warehouse worker helpful!
