This position will be responsible for coordinating safety training and compliance documentation, managing One Call/811 tickets, and overseeing fleet administration including vehicle maintenance scheduling and fleet coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment while maintaining accurate records and strong communication with crews, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate employee safety training and compliance records Manage One Call/811 locate requests and tracking Schedule and track fleet maintenance and repairs Coordinate vehicle status Maintain fleet and compliance documentation Support daily field operations and administrative needs Construction or energy industry safety experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills required. Bilingual a plus!
