This role focuses on landscape improvement projects including installations, upgrades, and property enhancements. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. Has ran a small crew with 2-3 people. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead a landscape installation crew and enhancement projects Install sod, mulch, rock, and planting materials Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers Assist with irrigation installation and repairs Perform property cleanups and landscape upgrades Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow company safety guidelines and procedures Represent Rubicon professionally when interacting with customers Qualifications Landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred Ability to lead a team, communicate with clients and internal teams Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver's license Bilingual Physical Requirements Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to operate landscaping equipment for extended periods Schedule Monday
  • Friday Some Saturdays as needed Compensation & Benefits $23
