In this pivotal role, you will oversee landscape maintenance projects, coordinate daily operations, and ensure high-quality standards across all tasks. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and lawn care to ensure timely completion of projects. Lead a crew of landscapers, providing guidance, training, and support to promote skill development and teamwork. Oversee irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal water management across sites. Conduct quality inspections to verify that all landscaping work meets company standards and client expectations. Manage safety protocols by enforcing proper use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines during all operations. Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project scope, schedule work efficiently, and address any issues promptly. Maintain equipment inventory, schedule routine maintenance, and ensure tools are used responsibly and safely. Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design or construction with a strong understanding of horticulture principles. Demonstrated supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, gardening methods, and general landscape maintenance. Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and foster a collaborative work environment. Experience working with various landscaping equipment and tools while maintaining safety standards. Background in horticulture or related fields is preferred; certifications in landscape management or arboriculture are a plus.
