Solar Crew Lead

## Overview We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial solar installation and possess strong leadership abilities to oversee projects effectively. ## Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of workers on construction sites; regular reports to management.
• Perform electrical work following NEC codes
• Coordinate and assign tasks to crew members; manage time effectively and communicate progress through photographs and reports
• Inspect and ensure quality of work performed by the crew
• Operate power tools and hand tools efficiently
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety standards
• Assist with construction tasks as needed ## Skills
• Proficient in commercial electrical work
• Knowledge of using voltmeters and other electrical testing equipment
• Familiarity with construction sites and safety protocols
• Ability to work with power tools and hand tools effectively
• Experience with high voltage systems is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
