As a Crew Lead, you will: Lead a 2 man crew on junk removal and home cleanout jobs Estimate jobs and finalize pricing on site Communicate with clients for arrival time Haul and remove heavy loads of various size Safely drive and operate company vehicles and equipment Deliver exceptional customer service on every project Collect payment and tips from customers per job Communicate clearly with clients, teammates, and management Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to Neat Freak standards Represent our mission and core values on every job site Our mission is to improve our local communities by bringing harmony to the homes we serve—removing clutter, reducing stress, and giving our clients back their time through intuitive, intelligent home organization design and installation. Experience & Requirements Required:

Prior experience in general labor roles required; enthusiasm for helping others and drive for personal growth is essential Desire to provide strong customer service with high level of professionalism Valid drivers licenses with clean driving record Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining proper safety techniques (up to 150lbs per person) Reliable transportation to meet at truck daily Comfortable working in physically demanding environments involving moving furniture, appliances, or debris Ability to drive a large vehicle safely and efficiently

Preferred:
