2 years of experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Leadership experience managing team performance and key performance indicators required.

Thursday-Monday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Logic Staffing is seeking a Rental Car Site Lead to join our team!

Job Description:

Oversee daily site operations and ensure team performance across all roles. Provide real-time coaching and address performance issues on the spot. Communicate updates, challenges, and successes to management. Assist with scheduling and staffing coverage needs. Support team members by stepping in to maintain the workflow. Promote and enforce a safe and professional work environment. Monitor team productivity and ensure operational efficiency.

Position Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
