Painting Crew Lead

Position Overview We're looking for a reliable and motivated Crew Lead / Foreman to lead a small team of painters. This role is hands-on and involves both painting and leadership. You'll be the point of contact on the jobsite, making sure work is done safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Lead a crew of painters on residential and commercial projects Review scope of work and ensure the team has necessary materials and equipment Set daily goals and keep projects on schedule Communicate with homeowners and project managers professionally Perform painting tasks alongside the crew Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure quality work Qualifications 2+ years of painting experience (residential/commercial preferred) Previous leadership or foreman experience a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy equipment and comfortable working at heights on ladders and lifts
