Compensation Junior Painter:

$18-24/hr

Senior Painter:

$23-28/hr

Crew Leader:

$28-36/hr Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit or check Bonus opportunities available Advancement opportunities available Painter Responsibilities Arrive on-site on schedule and ready to work Complete projects to Wisconsota Painting quality standards Properly prep, prime, and paint residential and commercial projects Maintain a clean, professional job site Protect customer property and clean up daily Communicate proactively with team members and leadership Represent Wisconsota Painting professionally to homeowners and clients Crew Leader Responsibilities Lead crews of 2-4 painters Manage jobsite quality, production, and efficiency Provide customer communication and daily project updates Maintain safety and professionalism on every project Drive company vehicles when assigned Requirements Minimum 1 year of professional painting experience Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working on ladders Ability to pass a basic background check Strong communication and professionalism Reliable transportation Preferred 2+ years of professional painting experience Experience with both interior and exterior residential repaints Cabinet painting, drywall repair, or commercial experience a plus Previous leadership experience for crew leader applicants Why Join Wisconsota?
