ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW
Energy Efficiency Services of Wisconsin is a growing organization specializing in whole-building weatherization and energy-efficiency retrofits for multifamily and residential properties, with current openings in Madison and Milwaukee. We are expanding throughout the Midwest and are committed to quality installations, modern systems, and advancing clean energy goals across the region. POSITION SUMMARY
This is a senior field leadership role for someone who can run multiple weatherization sites at once and keep every crew moving. You will own production across active jobs, lead multiple crews in parallel, and make sure the work gets done clean, safe, and on schedule. This is not an entry-level position. We want a proven site lead who knows weatherization production cold, can manage people in the field, and takes pride in delivering quality work that passes inspection the first time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Run multiple active weatherization sites at once across the Madison and Milwaukee regions Lead, schedule, and hold accountable multiple crews working in parallel Set and maintain daily production targets without sacrificing quality Oversee insulation removal, air sealing, attic ventilation, and exhaust fan replacement Verify all work passes inspection and meets BPI and program standards Enforce safety, PPE, and clean jobsite practices on every site Coordinate crew movement, materials, and timelines with project management
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3-5 years leading weatherization crews Proven experience managing multiple sites in a high-production environment Strong background in multifamily building retrofits BPI Building Analyst Professional certification (required) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) experience (required) Energy Auditor experience (required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must pass a criminal background check Able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and on rooftops
