This is a hands-on leadership role. You will work alongside the crew while helping keep jobs organized, safe, productive, and moving efficiently. We are a growing, woman-owned company focused on strong systems, accountability, professionalism, and growth opportunities. Women are highly encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Lead small demolition and cleanout crews on-site Assist with demolition, junk removal, hauling, and cleanup Make sure jobs stay organized and on schedule Communicate with customers professionally on-site Ensure tools, equipment, and PPE are ready each day Load trailers and trucks safely and efficiently Help train newer crew members Maintain clean and safe jobsites Report job updates, issues, or damages immediately Follow company safety procedures and expectations Experience Helpful but not required: Demolition Construction Junk removal Crew leadership Moving or hauling Equipment operation General labor Leadership experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with strong work ethic and reliability.
