Production Lead

Warehouse Operations Anchorage, AK
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all warehouse and production activities: shipping, receiving, pallet repair, and custom crate construction.
Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
Supervise and train warehouse staff; conduct performance reviews.
Optimize layout, workflow, and space utilization for efficiency.
Maintain compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
Track production metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure smooth operations.
Serve as a backup delivery driver when needed (must pass a DOT physical).
Qualifications
3+ year's experience in warehouse or production management.
Strong working knowledge of shipping, receiving, pallet repair, and crate-building.
Mechanically inclined; familiar with power tools, compressors, and saws.
Ability to read measurements and use a tape measure accurately.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
