Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay :
$21.00 - $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Paid Time Off (PTO) : Accrued based on hours worked to support your personal time. Year 1: 40 hours Year 2: 60 hours Year 3+: 80 hours
Work-Life Balance :
Consistent Monday through Friday schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) including a 30-minute lunch break. No weekends required.

Core Responsibilities Inventory Control :
Meticulously track inventory levels and conduct quality control checks, including voltage testing on backstocked products.
Order Fulfillment :
Organize incoming customer orders and prepare internal stock data for accurate reordering.
Logistics Coordination :
Build, shrink-wrap, and secure battery pallets for shipment, while coordinating logistics and deliveries across the state of Alaska.
Equipment Operations :
Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Facility Maintenance :
Oversee and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
Local Delivery Management :
Personally operate company vehicles to perform prompt local deliveries to commercial clients and throughout the Anchorage & Wasilla area
Candidate Qualifications Driving Record :
Clean driving record is strictly required.
Physical Capability :
Ability to regularly lift, move, and maneuver up to 55 lbs safely.
Communication :
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and coordinate with freight partners.
