SEQ Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Sequence Supervisor needed in Vance, AL!

Job Summary:

The Shift Leader is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of team activities. Supervising inbound shipments, booking goods receipt, and creating shipping documentation for outbound process. Manage shift staff, ensuring that all items are processed received, stored, sequenced and shipped in an organized and timely manner.

Essential Functions:

The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other Duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. Supervise the personnel of the receiving, line feeding, sequence and shipping areas Communicate status of operation in a timely manner to management including any safety and/or process problems Ensure that all incoming shipments are accurately and promptly processed Monitor the accuracy of all receiving records, including inventory and stock levels Ensure that all outgoing shipments are accurately and promptly processed Maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition Contribute and adhere to safety and quality

Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred, proven work experience on similar role is a plus. Intermediate computer knowledge.

Skills:

Proficiency in operating forklift trucks and RF scanners, good organizational skills. attention to detail, basic shopfloor skills, such as using hand tools, ability to follow verbal and written instructions, excellent hand-eye coordination, good written and oral communication skills.

Desired experience:
