WorkSource, Inc is seeking candidates for a Warehouse Lead role for a warehouse in the Rogers area.

Pay Rate:
$18.00/hour 7:30am - 4pm (overtime available daily-optional) Seeking a motivated Lead to join the team.Job Overview:
The selected candidate will begin working on the production floor to gain hands-on experience before transitioning into a supervisory role. This position is responsible for overseeing employees in production and ensuring smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support production employees (EEs) on the floor Monitor workflow and ensure productivity standards are met Report daily production updates and any issues directly to Rodney Lead by example while working alongside the production team Maintain quality and safety standardsRequirements:
Willingness to start in a production role Proficient in Excel Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment Previous leadership or production experience is a plus Why WorkSource?
