Warehouse Lead Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available (Monday through Friday) Ensure the line is properly staffed and ready for the workday, including temporary associates Assist the Supervisor and other internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirements Assure the safety and security of associates and inventory Coordinate with other teams and departments on processes and procedures Monitor associates' production standards and partner with Supervisor to ensure customer compliance, safety, and all company rules, policies and guidelines are met. Perform order fulfillment duties; reviewing and prioritizing available orders, determine stock requirements and maintain levels of required inventory

Warehouse Lead Qualifications:

Schedule Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm & Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm Must be flexible to work weekends and holiday 1-3 years Distribution/Warehouse experience in a fast paced warehouse environment. Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness and adaptability. Proficient computer skills, including Google Suites, Microsoft Office; experience with WMS systems a plus Ability to manage daily and responsive communication via virtual platforms, such as email and Slack Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Outstanding work record in the areas of safety and attendance. Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
