Warehouse Operations Lead

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced warehouse professional to support daily warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping & receiving, material handling, and overall warehouse organization. Aviation warehouse experience is preferred. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment within a modern, state-of-the-art, air-conditioned warehouse facility. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records, cycle counts, stock organization, and material tracking Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, verify documentation, and inspect materials Support daily warehouse operations and maintain workflow efficiency Handle aircraft parts, serialized inventory, and aviation-related documentation Assist and support warehouse clerks and material handlers as needed Utilize inventory software, scanners, and ERP systems Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Qualifications 2-4+ years of warehouse experience Inventory system experience required ERP system experience preferred Aviation warehouse experience preferred Forklift certification preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills What we
