Job Description

Fleet Coordinator Sunstate Equipment Co.: Where Safety and People are Core Values! We take care of our People and it shows! Hiring Immediately ; Pay dependent on experience;
PAID WEEKLY!
Typical Schedule:
Monday - Friday What You'll Be Doing Contacting vendors to get status of Purchase Orders that will be arriving in the next 90 days Issue Purchase Orders for new equipment purposes Maintain equipment documentation (i.e. equipment numbers) upon receipt by branch Provide support to booking logistics for shipping Assist in non-rental fleet compliance and documentation maintenance Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoicing issues Create sales & release documentation Coordinate consolidation and de-fleeting of units with regional operations Provide ad hoc support and reporting across other areas within the department Additional duties as assigned Position Requirements Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis. Previous experience in a coordinative role is preferred Buyer experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required to communicate, gather, and analyze information.
