Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour 26-04748 Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory management, while ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. This role provides direct supervision to warehouse personnel, supports safety and compliance initiatives, and ensures that merchandise is handled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can maintain a safe, productive, and well-coordinated warehouse environment. Job Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. Lead warehouse personnel to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer service. Provide coaching, training, performance feedback, and timely evaluations to team members. Communicate company information clearly and effectively to warehouse staff. Enforce safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. Coordinate with external couriers and truck drivers to ensure efficient product movement. Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools. Maintain adequate supplies to support warehouse operations and order fulfillment. Step in to support other warehouse roles as needed. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and security of the warehouse facility. Comply with company driving standards and safety policies. Participate in on-call coverage as required, including nights and weekends. Job Requirements Prior warehouse or distribution experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Strong analytical and basic mathematical skills. Ability to remain organized, reliable, and highly detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with business systems, email communication, reporting, and basic financial calculations. Ability to train, coach, and supervise team members effectively. Knowledge of warehouse safety and operational procedures. Ability to interact professionally with drivers, couriers, and internal teams. Work Experience Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations required.
