This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside the team while also taking ownership of daily priorities and workflow. The right candidate will be reliable, proactive, and comfortable providing direction to a small warehouse team. Responsibilities Support and oversee daily warehouse activities for a team of 5-6 employees Help prioritize workload and ensure tasks are completed efficiently Receive shipments, trailers, and containers Assist with loading/unloading 40 ft. containers Maintain accurate inventory records Update inventory and warehouse information using Google Sheets Operate forklift equipment safely Assist with general warehouse duties, including lifting and moving products Identify issues and communicate updates to management Promote a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment Qualifications Forklift certification required Inventory experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish required Basic computer skills required (Google Sheets experience a plus) Ability to lead by example and keep a team accountable Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, organized, and self-motivated Ability to work independently after training Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable performing physical warehouse work Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
