The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting a safe and productive work environment. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
Compensation:
$22.00 $24.00 DOE Assist in supervising day-to-day operations across all distribution centers to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse operation policies and procedures across all locations. Communicate policy and procedure updates to branch management and trainees, ensuring successful implementation. Implement and manage tracking systems to monitor warehouse worker performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with management to set performance goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Conduct warehouse audits, identify operational inefficiencies, and oversee corrective actions to improve overall workflow. Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping processes. Participate in training and mentoring of warehouse staff and new hires. Qualifications College degree preferred; high school diploma required. Previous experience in sales or warehouse operations is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish and English is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. SAP A plus Ability to speak, write, and communicate effectively in English. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
