Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a warehouse, ensuring that inventory is properly stored, shipped, and received in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for managing and supervising a team of warehouse workers.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is properly stored, shipped, and received. Manage and supervise a team of warehouse workers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and recorded in the warehouse management system. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse operations, including safety procedures and quality control standards. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the efficient flow of materials and products. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed. Manage the shipping and receiving schedules to ensure the timely delivery of products. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework in logistics or supply chain management is preferred. 3+ years of experience in food warehouse operations. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Bilingual in English / Mandarin or English / Spanish is required. Ability to work nights and weekends as needed. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. Strong knowledge of food safety management. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and other inventory control software. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team of workers. Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on computer. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

The pay range for this job is between $18/Hr. - $23/Hr. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
