Warehouse Coordinator

Lifetime Home Remodeling is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our new warehouse operations team in Burbank, CA. This position plays a key support role in ensuring materials are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our installation and remodeling projects. Hourly Pay :

$20-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities Daily Support :

Assist the Warehouse Manager in managing day-to-day warehouse operations and tasks.

Inventory Management :

Receive incoming shipments, verify packing slips, label products, and update inventory systems accurately.

Order Preparation :

Pick and pack materials for job sites, ensuring accuracy and condition of all outgoing goods.

Shipping & Receiving :

Help unload deliveries, store materials safely, and prepare orders for shipping or site delivery.

Warehouse Organization :

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

Documentation :

Maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system and assist with weekly cycle counts.

Communication :

Coordinate with install teams, project managers, and the warehouse coordinator regarding material needs and inventory updates.

Safety Compliance :

Follow all safety protocols, helping to maintain a hazard-free environment.

Cross-Training :

Learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment; support in training new team members when needed.

Qualifications Education :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience :

1-2 years in warehouse, inventory, or logistics support preferred.

Skills :

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail; comfortable using computers and inventory software.

Team Player :

Willingness to learn, take direction, and support others in a collaborative environment.

Certifications :

Forklift experience or certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements Lifting :

Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs regularly.

Mobility :

Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for long periods.

Environment :

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varied temperatures and noise levels.

Dexterity :

Capable of handling equipment, scanning inventory, and managing documentation.
