Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, shipping coordination, and organization of warehouse inventory and supplies. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing inbound and outbound shipments efficiently, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, team-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced warehouse setting with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Receive, verify, unpack, count, and restock incoming shipments accurately. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing. Review and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation. Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Enter and maintain accurate information within warehouse management and inventory systems. Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipments, discrepancies, damages, or delays. Identify and help resolve inventory variances, shipping errors, and operational issues. Organize and manage incoming office, warehouse, and packing supplies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, including breakdown and recycling of boxes and pallets. Support warehouse workflow by prioritizing tasks and collaborating with team members across departments. Ensure compliance with company safety standards, operational procedures, and quality expectations. Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred. Experience with luxury goods, beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance products is a plus. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency required, including experience with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, Gmail, Slack, and related software. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset. Ability to lift and carry up to 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
