Job Description

TRINITY is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who leads with integrity, takes ownership, and sets the standard for how work gets done. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who values discipline, accountability, and teamwork. You will guide daily warehouse operations while leading a team through clear communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping Load/unload freight and prepare shipments (assemble, label, palletize, wrap) Verify inventory and maintain accuracy through cycle counts Assign and prioritize work; monitor workflow and productivity Train staff; provide direction, feedback, and escalate issues as needed Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Ensure safe equipment use and maintain a clean, organized workspace Identify and communicate operational issues Complete documentation and system updates Perform warehouse duties as needed to support warehouse operations Consistent, reliable, and on time attendance including overtime as needed
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Model and promote engagement in our safety-forward culture Provide daily work direction and task assignment to warehouse employees Support onboarding and training of new employees Provide input into performance evaluations and disciplinary actions Escalate employee relations issues to management Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Forklift certification and warehouse equipment operation experience Approximately 4 years of warehouse or logistics experience Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Experience directing or coordinating others Effective communication with employees and management Basic computer proficiency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Working knowledge of Excel Experience with inventory, shipping systems
COMPENSATION
Hourly pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience) Overtime eligible in accordance with California law Benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and additional programs based on eligibility)
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work performed in a warehouse environment with moving equipment and varying temperatures Regular standing, walking, bending, and material handling Lift up to 90 pounds individually; heavier items with assistance or equipment Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks Physical requirements are based on business necessity and may be modified in accordance with applicable law
