Full Job Description Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervise daily CFS warehouse operations, including container unloading/loading, cargo receiving, inventory control, palletizing, cross-docking, and order fulfillment. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure cargo is processed accurately and efficiently. Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff and monitor workflow to ensure operational efficiency. Verify shipping documents, cargo counts, labels, and inventory records for accuracy. Coordinate with trucking companies, freight forwarders, customs brokers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and delivery schedules. Investigate and resolve cargo discrepancies, shortages, damages, and operational issues. Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and customer requirements. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and security standards. Assist in developing and implementing SOPs to improve warehouse productivity and service quality.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, freight forwarding, logistics, CFS, or 3PL is required. Knowledge of ocean import/export, transloading, and warehouse operations is preferred. Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Must be a team player, confident, and self-driven. Must have an authorized work permit in the US. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.
