This role involves processing outgoing orders, verifying product accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred. Primary Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Verification Review pick tickets and shipping documentation Match labels to correct pallets and shipments Verify PO numbers, SKUs, styles, colors, and quantities Perform final checks before orders are staged for outbound Small Parcel / UPS Processing Handle smaller quantity orders and piece-picking Pack items securely and apply shipping labels Organize and palletize completed shipments Ensure accuracy prior to dispatch Team Coordination Support Provide guidance to part-time staff on rework and tagging projects Help assign daily tasks based on supervisor direction Train team members on proper workflow and quality standards Conduct final inspections on completed work Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse order fulfillment or outbound processing required Strong attention to detail with accurate counting skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment Comfortable performing physical warehouse tasks Dependable, focused, and able to follow directions Spanish language skills are a plus Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting Team-oriented with hands-on responsibilities Opportunity to take on leadership support tasks
