City of Industry, CA Job Details Full-time $23 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Mandarin Warehouse management system Forklift Attention to detail Organizational skills Productivity software Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and supporting our e-commerce initiatives. The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with our Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high standards for all warehouse processes. Duties Supervise and oversee daily order fulfillment operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and troubleshoot order discrepancies. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Train and mentor team members on best practices in order picking, order packaging, and order fulfillment. Perform lifting as required to manage stock movement within the warehouse. Be willing and able to pick orders, and package orders for shipment. Schedule employee shifts, delegate tasks, manage personnel effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field, preferably within a warehouse or supply chain environment. A degree, in place of experience, will also be considered. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data effectively. Must have strong computer skills, including WMS, Excel, and MS Office products. Must be fluent in Mandarin, and have at least basic English conversational skills. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration with inventory systems. Experience with WMS, AS400, or similar warehouse management systems is highly desirable, and training will be provided. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the role. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively across departments. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement. Forklift certification, and safety/compliance experience is highly desired.
