Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate $21/ per hour

Job Description:

Established commercial refrigerator manufacturer is looking for a full-time Shipping & Claims Coordinator to schedule the safe, efficient, and cost-effective transportation, invoicing, and returns of refrigerators and freezers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Schedule and verify shipments.  Scan and manage shipping documents.  Process shipping and returns claims.  Customer service and support.

Requirements:

 Spanish bilingual.  Extensive office and clerical experience.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Experience in shipping logistics a plus.
