• Full-time Flexible Schedule Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing team.

This role is responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced logistics environment. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates, including pickers, packers, forklift operators, and loaders Assign daily tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity goals are met Conduct performance evaluations and support recruitment and onboarding of new employees Warehouse Operations Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks Coordinate with Customer Service and Transportation teams for inbound and outbound shipments Safety & Compliance Enforce health and safety standards and ensure adherence to SOPs Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Process Improvement & Reporting Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Monitor KPIs and generate reports on warehouse performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics and supply chain operations Equipment & Facility Maintenance Ensure proper operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) Report and follow up on facility maintenance issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor or leadership role Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
