Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized Retail Sourcing & Fulfillment Coordinator to support procurement, sourcing, and project execution activities within a fast-paced retail development environment. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between project planning and execution, helping ensure materials, vendor deliverables, and project requirements are aligned and delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while collaborating with project managers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, vendor management, or construction-related projects is highly desirable.
What You'll Do :
Review project scope documents and validate requirements against construction drawings and project specifications Manage procurement proposal workflows, including routing, tracking, approvals, and change order coordination Coordinate order placement with vendors and monitor fulfillment activities through delivery to project sites Maintain project status trackers and proactively communicate delays, risks, or schedule changes to project stakeholders Support procurement and project management teams by ensuring materials and vendor deliverables remain aligned with project timelines Develop, update, and maintain reporting related to project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and cost tracking Monitor vendor schedules and follow up on outstanding deliverables to ensure project milestones are achieved Provide administrative support to project managers, including meeting coordination, note-taking, and action item tracking Assist with process improvements that increase visibility, efficiency, and accountability across sourcing and fulfillment activities
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, vendor management, project coordination, or related fields Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams Experience managing workflows, orders, approvals, and project documentation Ability to identify issues proactively and drive timely resolution Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working with construction project management software Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, or specifications Experience supporting retail development, facilities, construction, or store build projects Familiarity with procurement, sourcing, or vendor management processes within large organizations  TCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
