Packaging & Warehouse Lead (Bilingual English/Spanish Required) Endose - 5.0 Cypress, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $23 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Spanish Customer communication Packing English Attention to detail Packaging Warehouse experience Shipping documentation Full Job Description About the Role We're a small, fast-moving manufacturing team looking for a reliable, hands-on Packaging & Warehouse Lead who can keep our floor running smoothly and serve as the communication bridge between our packaging, production, and customer-facing operations. You'll wear multiple hats — from scheduling jobs and entering orders into our system to leading the team and helping with shipping and receiving. What You'll Do Schedule and update daily packaging jobs; communicate priorities to the floor team Enter and update packaging jobs in our MRP system Communicate with customers via email (order updates, shipment info, follow-ups) Measure and record pallet dimensions and weights Create and manage packing slips and shipping documents Track packaging inventory and flag any shortages or discrepancies Assist with shipping and receiving as needed Lead and support warehouse team members during shift Identify process issues and help drive continuous improvement What We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish — required 2+ years of warehouse, packaging, or distribution experience Experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred Comfortable with computer-based systems (MRP, WMS, or similar inventory/ERP software) Able to create and manage basic documents (packing slips, order entries) Strong communicator — with the team and with customers Forklift experience a plus Detail-oriented, dependable, and calm under pressure Job Details Full time • Day shift 7am-3:30pm On-site • Cypress, CA Candidates who excel will be considered for a pay increase
