Job Description

Compensation:
$22.00 - $30.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the order filling process of the raw / packaging materials from the warehouse to the processing / packaging departments and proper movement of product. Ensure that raw materials and packaging materials are received timely and accurately. Ensure the team members follow established policies and procedures. Responsible for inventory accuracy, labor efficiency, customer service and housekeeping. Direct product flow and daily activities as per receiving plan. Provide excellent customer service to all departments, customers and carriers. Completing daily labor activity log and providing a daily checklist of warehouse TQM. Oversee the order picking, returns, receiving and stocking processes on shift. Responsible for receiving audits and submitting PIP requests to maintenance. Perform disciplinary counseling when needed. Responsible for enforcing all safety rules and provide training to team members. Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position Know how to drive yard truck. Able to work overtime when needed. Maintain adherence to safety policies, USDA, QA, HACCP, AIB and sanitation rules and regulations, and company policies All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Experience as a Lead or Supervisor required. Minimum of 2 years of forklift and warehouse experience required. Ability to motivate and lead others. Effective communication skills, both in speaking and writing. M3/WMS software experience a plus. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required. Organized, professional and capable of multitasking. Capable of working independently and with little direction. Bi-lingual, English/Spanish preferred. #LI-DNI High School or better.
