We currently operate over 1 million square feet of warehouse space across major U.S. logistics hubs, including Los Angeles, Savannah, Houston, and New Jersey, with continued expansion planned nationwide. We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Warehouse Process Improvement Coordinator at our Fontana, California facility. This role is ideal for candidates interested in supply chain management, logistics operations, process improvement, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will help analyze warehouse processes, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist with training and process standardization across multiple warehouse locations. This position offers hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, WMS systems, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies. Analyze warehouse workflows and identify opportunities for operational improvement Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Create process maps, workflow documentation, and training materials Support continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and service levels Collect and analyze operational data and KPI performance metrics Assist with employee training and SOP implementation Support process documentation related to WMS and other warehouse systems Travel occasionally to other U.S. warehouse locations to support process standardization and training initiatives Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to organize information and create clear documentation Interest in process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence Prior warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus but not required This role provides valuable exposure to: Warehouse Operations Management Supply Chain & Logistics Processes Process Mapping and SOP Development Continuous Improvement Methodologies KPI Analysis and Performance Management WMS and Operational Systems Cross-functional Project Coordination It is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to build a long-term career in supply chain, logistics, operations excellence, or process improvement.
